Keith R. Sbiral, Principal with the coaching and consulting firm Apochromatik, will discuss why striving for a mythical work/life balance is the wrong approach.

Instead of attempting to schedule our lives to meet unrealistic expectations, Keith advocates using tools to identify your values so you can better structure your work and life. The result is a holistic approach to living a life that honors both your values and goals.

We will discuss 3 specific ways to make your life in sync with what you value, including:
  • Identifying Goals and Values
  • Building Margin
  • The Art of Elimination

Learn how to let go of the work/life balance myth and find your own middle ground!
